The Seasonal Prix Fixe menu combines classic Ruth’s Chris dishes with several limited-time seasonal offerings. The meal will begin with your choice of Caesar Salad; White Bean & Chorizo Sausage Soup; Apple, Walnut & Blue Cheese Salad or Steak House Salad.
After priming your palate with the first course, you will have the option to choose among a variety of options for your main course. For the $44.95 Prix Fixe price, choose the Seared Jumbo Scallops with Red Pepper Pesto, six-ounce Filet & Shrimp or the Stuffed Chicken Breast.
To enjoy the $55.95 Prix Fixe menu, choose one of the following entrees: Pan Roasted Center-Cut Swordfish Steak, 12-ounce Filet Mignon, 12-ounce Ribeye or 16-ounce Ribeye.
