Winter 2017 Prix Fixe Menu at Ruth’s Chris
We offer our guests a variety of tasty first course options. Your meal will begin with your choice of Caesar Salad; Ruth’s Clam Chowder; Steak House Salad; or our Farmer’s Market Salad. Our Farmer’s Market Salad features carrots, squash, pears, goat cheese, bacon, croutons, and a white balsamic dressing.
After indulging in your first course, you will have the option to choose among a variety of options for your main course. Our $49.95 Prix Fixe menu includes the choice of Salmon Filet, 6 oz Filet and Shrimp, or Stuffed Chicken Breast.
