As for the flavor profile, the sweet undertones of the bourbon, the bitter and floral notes of the ginger, and the fruitiness of the black cherries all pair perfectly with a steak. In particular, the Manhattan Eastside provides an appealing contrast to rich steak cuts like the bone-in Cowboy Ribeye.
