Originally founded in 1882 as a barrel-aging facility, Chateau Montelena ultimately emerged as one of the most historically significant American wineries in the mid-1970s.  Following a replanting of the estate vineyard, Chateau Montelena gained notoriety for both its Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals, and in 1976 its Chardonnay was declared the undisputed winner at the Judgment of Paris against other notable Napa Valley and well-established French wineries. Chateau Montelena is now globally recognized for crafting wines that withstand the test of time and reveal the unique terroir characteristics of every vintage, and its legacy as one of the great California wineries continues.  Join us for a multi-course meal, perfectly paired to highlight four of the most exceptional and elegant wines from Chateau Montelena.
