Menu and wine pairings subject to change.
Summertime and the sippin’ is easy. Bubbles are often overlooked as a perfect pairing with food, but we’re here to change that! With bruts, cuvées and rosés on the menu, you’ll experience the tremendous versatility of California and French sparkling wines from Domaine Carneros and Champagne Taittinger, respectively.
Domaine Carneros was established in 1987 when the Taittinger family purchased 138 acres in the heart of Carneros in Napa Valley to create a New World wine estate. Today, Domaine Carneros is known for its sparkling wines made using the traditional Champagne method.
The distinctive, yet classical style of champagne produced by Taittinger is the result of a generations-long, unwavering family pursuit of excellence and a superior understanding of the synergies between the beloved Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes.
