Ruth’s Chris Steak House invites you to a Wines of the World Dinner on Sunday, October 18 at a participating Ruth’s Chris location near you.
This elegant evening will feature a special five-course dinner that includes a complementary wine or cocktail pairing with each course, all for only $95. The first four courses will spotlight fine wine pairings from some of the world’s top wine regions, including Chile, New Zealand, and the United States, followed by a dessert course and a specialty cocktail.

Ruth’s Chris Wines of the World Dinner Menu
The Wines of the World Dinner at participating Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants is sure to be an elegant evening guests won’t soon forget.
Guests will begin the meal with an Aleppo Chili Seared Ahi Tuna, paired with a Yealands Estate Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc. The first course will be followed with Roasted Wild Mushrooms served with Creamy Blue Cheese Polenta, all paired with an Au Contraire Pinot Noir.
The third course will feature Slow Roasted Pork Carnitas, paired with Pehuén Carmenere. The meal will culminate in the fourth course with a classic Ruth’s Chris Filet Mignon, served sizzling with peppercorn butter. A Santa Rita Medalla Real Cabernet Sauvignon will provide the perfect complement for the Filet.
Guests will also be treated to an array of savory accompaniments throughout the meal, including Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Mac & Cheese with Mild Green Chiles.
In signature Ruth’s Chris style, the meal will be capped off with a decadent dessert course. To finish their meal, guests will enjoy an Irish Whiskey Cake with Espresso Whipped Cream and Butter Pecan Ice Cream, paired with an Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey Manhattan.
