You cannot go wrong with the salads at Ruth’s Chris, even for the meat lovers! Our dressings are made fresh every day using our special recipes.
The Caesar Salad is made the right way and is not just your ordinary Caesar. The crisp romaine hearts, Romano cheese and creamy Caesar dressing are there, but the parmesan-black pepper crisps bring it over the top. This salty, chewy salad addition is a delicious treat.
Steak House Salad is another classic, but with the volume turned up! Ours is a mix of iceberg, arugula, and baby lettuces tossed with grape tomatoes, garlic croutons, and red onions. Choose your homemade dressing and you’ve got a winner.
The Harvest Salad is an explosion of flavor containing roasted corn, dried cherries, crispy bacon, tomatoes, goat cheese, and Cajun pecans tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette.
A Lettuce Wedge is a steakhouse staple and ours is dressed deliciously simple with bacon and crumbled blue cheese.
Ruth’s Chop Salad is a pile of delightful ingredients: iceberg lettuce, baby spinach, radicchio, red onions, mushrooms, green olives, bacon, eggs, hearts of palm, croutons, tossed with lemon basil dressing and a kiss of crispy onions.
Think outside of the box and order the Fresh Mozzarella and Kumato Tomato Salad. It’s just like your classic caprese, but better with locally-sourced Kumato tomatoes, aged balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil.

It’s easy to eat your vegetables at Ruth’s Chris, especially our spinach, which we serve up two different ways: fresh baby spinach simply sautéed in butter and decadent creamed spinach.
Pan-Roasted Cremini Mushrooms are a hearty and yummy choice with fresh thyme. Pass these around the table and everyone will be happy.
No brussels sprouts snob will turn their nose up at our roasted variation. Ours have salty bacon and sweet honey butter. How could you go wrong?
We let our fresh broccoli stand alone, because they’re just so lovely undressed. We give them a nice steam bath and they’re on their way to your plate.
The Grilled Asparagus is generously ladled with fresh hollandaise that give this veggie a decadent touch.
