Though we’re famous for our sizzling steaks, some of our guests’ favorite dishes branch out past our prime cuts of meat. Our seafood dishes — whether side or entree — are some of our lighter, but no less delicious menu options.

Served steaming hot, our fresh whole Maine lobsters each weigh at least 2.5 pounds, ensuring that you get your fill of this rich and decadent dish. It’s as if you’re taking a quick vacation to the tropics without all the hassle. Our Chilean Sea Bass is a pan-roasted wonder, coated in citrus-coconut butter, and served with sweet potato and pineapple hash. Ruth’s Chris’ Shrimp & Grits entree is a pure explosion of classic southern flavor — large, succulent shrimp sautéed in a white wine, butter, and garlic sauce and served over jalapeno cheese grits with crumbled bacon.

This sinfully delicious side dish will have you wishing you could make a whole meal out of it. Ruth’s Chris’ Chilled Seafood Tower is a remarkable sight, but it tastes even better than it looks. Available in sizes fit for two or four people, this creation combines all the best chilled seafood — Maine lobster, Alaskan king crab legs, jumbo shrimp, and colossal blue lump crab. Beautifully pink, with expertly seared sides, our seared ahi tuna is a light and fresh way to begin your meal. This dish is served with a mustard and beer sauce that will brighten up any day. Served in pairs, the sizzling blue crab cakes are small but mighty. This delicious starter is packed with large piece of rich blue crab, served hot and sizzling with lemon butter, and garnished to perfection. Crispy and light, calamari is one of our guests’ all-time favorite dishes. This crowd-pleaser is a lightly fried classic drizzled with a sweet and spicy Asian chili sauce, perfect for satisfying even the most discerning palates. Delicately balanced in a small tower, colossal lump blue crab, avocado, mango, and cucumber combine to create a brightly flavored appetizer that will have you feeling like you’re sitting on the beach watching the sun go down.
