For your first course, we give you three delicious options on our new Classics Prix Fixe Menu:
- Caesar Salad: Topped with fresh romaine hearts, Romano cheese, creamy Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan, and fresh ground black pepper.
- House Salad: Iceberg lettuce tossed with baby arugula, baby lettuces, grape tomatoes, garlic croutons, red onions, and your choice of dressing.
- Soup du Jour: Ask your server what soup we’re serving today, perfect for warming up on a cold winter day.
At Ruth’s Chris, we make all of our salad dressings from scratch, fresh on-site. If you order the House Salad, you’ll have your choice of blue cheese, vinaigrette, ranch, lemon basil, thousand island, or remoulade.

Feeling extra hungry? Consider upgrading either steak option to the 11-ounce Filet or the 16-ounce Ribeye; choose the latter if you like your steak well-marbled and bursting with flavor.
