* Event must be contracted, including a signed credit card authorization and any required deposits by the end of the promotional period (August 31 – 3 gifts, September 30 – 2 gifts and October 31 – 1 gift). Qualifying events must occur between December 1 – December 20, 2025 and have contracted F&B minimums of $80/per person or more (plus taxes, fees & gratuities) with 10 guaranteed guests in attendance.
Event balance must be paid in full before the conclusion of the event using a single method of payment (no separate checks or multiple credit cards). Promotion applies only to events offering Ruth’s Chris menus that are hosted in a private dining room or affiliated banquet space. If complimentary sparkling wine toast is selected, only guests who are 21 or older, with legal proof of age, will be allowed to consume alcohol. If there is any question, Ruth’s Chris reserves the right to discontinue service to any guest at any time.
Dining Certificate Terms: Receive a $200 certificate with food & beverage spend of $2,500–$3,999; $300 with spend of $4,000–$5,999; or $400 with spend over $6,000. Certificate is valid for future use in the main dining room only and cannot be applied to the qualifying event or any other private event. Certificate is issued after the event concludes and payment has been received in full. Not valid toward tax, fees or gratuity.
