* Qualifying events must occur between November 29 – December 22 and have contracted F&B minimums for 10 or more guests. Promotion applies to events offering Ruth’s Chris menus that are hosted in a private dining room or affiliated banquet space.

** $25 dining certificates are for future use by guests in the dining room only and may not be applied to qualifying event (or any other private event). Certificates may not be combined and expire December 30, 2022.  Not valid for payment of tax or gratuity.

Please note: $25 dining certificates and 10% donation will not be processed until the qualifying event is paid in full.  All other incentives require a 50% deposit of estimated charges (including taxes and fees) prior to the start of the qualifying event, as well as a valid credit card on file to cover the remaining balance at the conclusion of the event.
